Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Tapas Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What the app does
Tapas Tracker is a personal practice and commitment tracking app. You create goals (practice containers), add tasks, and track your daily progress. All data is stored locally on your device.
Your data
You own your data. It lives on your device. We don't have access to it, can't recover it, and aren't responsible for backing it up. If you delete the app, your data is gone.
Subscriptions & purchases
Tapas Tracker offers a free tier and optional premium subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). A 30-day free trial of premium is available. Purchases are handled through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are managed by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
- Free tier includes up to 2 goals and 5 tasks, forever.
- Premium unlocks unlimited goals, tasks, and additional themes. A 30-day free trial is offered before any charge.
- If your subscription lapses, existing data is preserved but premium features become locked.
Shared templates
You can share goal templates via link or QR code. Shared templates are stored temporarily on our server. By sharing a template, you confirm it doesn't contain anything harmful or infringing. We may remove shared templates at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended purpose - tracking your personal practices. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the app or its sharing infrastructure.
Disclaimer
Tapas Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we're not liable for any data loss, missed tracking, or interruptions. The app is a tool - your discipline is your own.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
